Career Launcher: Queen West Art Crawl

DESCRIPTION

Congratulations to Hope Flynn, Lucia Wallace, Lucas Biagini, and Vicky Ly who have been selected to receive complimentary solo boothS and to exhibit at the Queen West Art Crawl in September. All recipients will also be given the opportunity to attend a professional development workshop designed to provide the necessary tools and tips to ensure their success at the fair. Juried by Devan Patel, Director of Project Gallery (Toronto), Lucia Wallace was the 2018 Winner of the Queen West Art Crawl Career Launcher Prize supported by Above Ground Art Supplies and the CEAD. 

Additionally, the work of many more students from OCAD U’s Printmaking & Publications program will be available at a separate dedicated booth. These artists will be retailing a wide variety of editioned work, such as prints, posters, artist’s books and zines.

The Queen West Art Crawl Career Launcher is made possible by the generosity of the event organizers and the Queen West Art Crawl Board of Directors.
