OCAD U CAREER LAUNCHERS

Pigeon Brands and The Centre for Emerging Artists & Designers are excited to announce the Pigeon Brands Career Launcher for graduates of the OCAD U Advertising and/or Graphic Design programs. Congratulations to Ardit Hashimi and Maricar Leonardo who have received this paid internship and are working with the professional design and marketing team at Pigeon Brands to support their work in brand identity, point-of-sale advertising, strategy and package design. 

Ardit and Maricar are based out of Pigeon Brands' downtown office, just one block from OCAD U. This opportunity is tailor-made to support the emerging careers of these two recent graduates as they apply their creative skills and education within Canada’s premiere branding and design agency.

In such a competitive job market, I am very grateful for having been given such an opportunity. It has only been less than a month, but I have been learning (and enjoying) many things about the creative industry. I have also met many designers, creative directors and account managers who have been making this learning experience all the more enriching. This opportunity will definitely help me to hone in on my creative skills and navigate my future career path, a milestone that I have the Career Launcher program to thank for.
